International shipping to countries outside the European Union is also registered with CTT (in Portugal) and, after arrival in the country of destination, by the official national postal company of the country. We only guarantee the tracking possibility via CTT while in Portugal. We are not aware of the functioning of other companies in other countries. You can follow the shipment while in Portugal through CTT Website by entering the order registration number. The order status will then be displayed.
